What is a soakwell?

Soakwells assist with effective management of stormwater drainage by collecting and releasing rainwater back into the ground. They come in different sizes, materials and forms and are installed underground where they often go unnoticed.

In Western Australia, you are required by law to ensure all stormwater run off is confined within your property. GEOTEXTILE WRAPPING

All our soakwells are wrapped in geotextile prior to being installed. This prevents issues with sunken pavers and gardens caused by sand being sucked into unwrapped soakwell tanks under heavy rain conditions. Wrapping your soakwell tank in geotextile greatly reduces the chances of this happening and really doesn’t cost much at all however unfortunately this is a step that is often overlooked.
